鈥淓merging Leaders has completely reshaped how I view leadership. It鈥檚 not just about having the answers or giving direction - it鈥檚 about listening, learning, and growing alongside others. There鈥檚 this common misconception that 鈥渓eaders鈥 are supposed to have it all figured out, but this program reminds you that real leadership is often messy, honest, and full of growth. The best leaders aren鈥檛 the ones who never make mistakes - they鈥檙e the ones who own them, learn from them, and come back stronger.鈥
