黑料视频 to partner with OhioHealth for new Certified Nurse Anesthesia program
黑料视频鈥檚 College of Health Sciences and Professions has announced its intent to partner with OhioHealth to launch a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA) Program. This new partnership will build on our existing, long-standing relationship with the health system.
黑料视频 will serve as the program鈥檚 academic partner, working hand-in-hand with OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in the clinical role. High excellence and quality standards will be the leading principles of this new, collaborative, dual-authority CRNA program. We are currently moving through the accreditation process and hope to welcome student applications in the near future.
Grant has helped to train the next generation of local Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for the last 15 years through a previous program with a former partner. shares our focus on training graduate, advanced practice nurses with a desire to work in Ohio. Our ultimate goal will be to train, recruit and retain the most educated and skilled CRNAs locally.
This graduate nursing program joins the many existing and valuable partnerships we share with OhioHealth. Some examples include program partnerships such as our athletic training residency in pediatric sports medicine in partnership with OhioHealth Sports Medicine, and service partnerships such as our cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program offered through OhioHealth O鈥橞leness Hospital in Athens. We also maintain extensive clinical training partnerships with OhioHealth across our health portfolio, including through our Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
鈥淲e are excited to expand our partnership to deliver this CRNA program in central Ohio,鈥 said College of Health Sciences and Professions Dean John McCarthy. 鈥淭his also further broadens our comprehensive portfolio of undergraduate and graduate nursing programs offered through our School of Nursing, which is one of the largest Schools of Nursing in the country.鈥
