Contact library staff by phone, email, or instant message, or reach out to your academic program's subject librarian for help finding materials or other library research questions. OHIO Online鈥檚 student support specialists work with fully online students to ensure that students have the resources to be successful during their time at OHIO. They can provide information regarding study skills, time management, organization, test-taking strategies and more. Student support specialists also work with students on academic probation to help them return to good standing at the university. If you are not sure who to contact about something, your student support specialist is a good first step. Graduate students will be assigned a student support specialist at the beginning of the program who will serve as their success coach.
