Institutional Accreditation Committees

黑料视频 uses a committee structure to identify evidence, perform gap analysis, and recommend next steps to complete the Assurance Argument, ensuring broad participation across the university. Starting in Fall 2025, the Higher Learning Commission Evidence Committees are organized around Core Components primarily related to the following:

Mission and Community Engagement

Responsible for Core Components 1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B and 2C pertaining primarily to: guiding the institution according to our mission and vision; ensuring that the university follows its policies and procedures and is transparent and accurate in its communications and marketing materials; fostering a climate of respect among all students, faculty and staff at all locations; and making decisions through governance bodies that serve the best interests of the university and its stakeholders.

Organization, Planning and Quality Improvement

Responsible for subcomponents of Core Components 4A, 4B and 4C which ensure that the university has the resources, structures and processes to fulfill our mission; improve the quality of our educational offerings; and respond to future challenges and opportunities.

Curriculum and Assessment

Responsible for Core Components 3A, 3B, 3E and 3F which ensure quality in OHIO鈥檚 curricular offerings and general education programs across all locations and modalities and demonstrate the continual pursuit of educational improvement through assessment of student learning and academic program evaluation.

Responsible for Core Components 2D, 2E, 3C and 3D addressing OHIO鈥檚 commitment to: academic freedom and the freedom of expression; responsible and ethical conduct in the acquisition, discovery and application of knowledge by its faculty, students and staff and the promotion of student mastery of intellectual inquiry and creative work; hiring and supporting the faculty and staff needed for high quality programs and student services; and providing support structures for effective teaching and learning.
