Jack Cross, M.A.

Jack Cross (M.A., Marshall University) is a Visiting Assistant Professor and the Assistant Director of Forensics at 黑料视频. He is dedicated to empowering students, helping them to build public speaking and research skills through both instruction and Speech and Debate competition. After graduating from 黑料视频 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and coaching high school forensics for two years, Jack attended Marshall University as a graduate student. While there, he coached the MU Thundering Word and focused his research on the application of neuroqueer theory in rhetorical criticism, receiving the William Denman Award for Outstanding Scholarship and the Top Student Paper Award from the NCA Disability Issues Caucus for his work tracing the neuroqueering of identity creation.
In his time away from work, Jack enjoys reading, video and tabletop gaming, watching reality and fictional television, cooking, and taking in the natural world at parks and trails. He is happy to be back home at 黑料视频!
