American Council on Education Credit Recommendations
OHIO awards credit for alternative credit options that have been recommended for college-credit by the American Council on Education (ACE). We evaluate courses individually to determine if we can award direct equivalency or elective credit.
How to Receive Credit for ACE Coursework:
- Request that the awarding institution (e.g., Sophia Learning) send your transcript to ACE (not directly to OHIO).
- ACE will generate digital badges within 7–14 days.
- Create an account with Credly or Accredible to access your ACE digital badges.
- Submit a free ACE transcript — including credit recommendations — to ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ: admissions@ohio.edu
