Women & Weights
Program Information
The Women & Weights program strives to build a community of strong women to share their passions about health and fitness.
This group is eager to gain members who are ready to support other women, grow as individuals and push each other to reach their health and fitness goals. In addition, this program can be for those wanting to learn more about weightlifting or with a hope to gain more confidence in the gym.
Our Women & Weights coaches come prepared with pre-designed workouts to lead, teach and support the community members of this program. Our goal is for every member to leave this program stronger, supported and more determined to step into their confidence as a woman in fitness.
Women & Weights is a six week long introduction to weight lifting designed to build confidence and help women feel more comfortable in the weight room. Led by two of our amazing female personal trainers, this program will not only build strength and knowledge, but it will give you sense of community and empowerment in the weight room. There are two, six-week long sessions:
Women & Weights, session one:
Jan. 26-March 4, 5-5:45 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays
Women & Weights, session two:
March 16-April 22, 5-5:45 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays

The Women & Weights program costs $25 for a six week program, and gets you access to two workouts per week.
