Regional Higher Education Rental & Event Spaces
黑料视频's regional campuses offer a variety of meeting rooms, promotional spaces, multi-purpose event areas and outdoor venues that can be reserved for meetings, conferences, banquets, galas, dances, athletic events and much more.
All users of 黑料视频 regional campus facilities must adhere to University rules, regulations and policies, as well as applicable state and federal laws, including fire and police department regulations.
During the academic year, 黑料视频 regional campus facilities prioritize events and activities for students, faculty and staff. External requests (both University-affiliated and non-affiliated) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided there is available space, staffing and resources.

Additional Fees and Considerations
Weekend, Evening and Holiday Additional Fees
There are additional maintenance and IT fees applied to reservations made outside of normal operating hours. Additional fees for weekends, evenings and holidays are:
- Evenings - $300/day
- Weekends - $500/day

8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Limited Availability Considerations
During peak academic times, University holidays and other high-demand periods, event spaces may have limited availability. Please contact the Dean's Office at the campus at which you would like to reserve space to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Limited Availability Timeframes
The following are times when space may be unavailable:
- Winter Break Closure (typically occurs around December 25 - January 1)
- Spring Break (typically occurs in March)
- Week of Spring Graduation Recognition Ceremonies (typically held in May)
- First full week before Fall Semester (typically occurs in August)
- First week of Fall and Spring Semesters (typically occurs in August and January)
